The Toyota KATA and TWI Simulation is a 1-day simulation where you practice different situations that are good for showing and practicing the relationship between the TWI and KATA programs.
Toyota KATA is for the company's development
We offer 2 Toyota KATA courses that will safely get you started with both KATA methods:
- The TWI and Toyota KATA Simulation is a 1-day simulation where you practice different situations that are good for showing and practicing the relationship between the TWI and KATA programs. This combination of playing and learning is an extremely effective way of practicing the integration between KATA and TWI. Discover through this simulation how KATA coaching gives your TWI programs a new focus. Several companies use KATA coaching after completing pilot projects within TWI JI and JR with great success.
- The Toyota KATA 10-hour program is a standardized program, both in terms of how supervisors use the methods in their everyday lives and how we, as KATA trainers, teach at the KATA courses. The KATA 10-hour program is structured in the same way as our celebrated TWI programs and with the same "train-the-trainer" certification program. This 10-hour course is a skill course, consisting of practical exercises rather than PowerPoint lectures.
These two services can be assembled into a KATA startup week or a combined week with TWI and KATA. Contact us for more information on such a course week here.
All our KATA coaches follow KATA manuals, which have been translated into several languages. These have been tested globally and adjusted to ensure the best training for your supervisors. All our KATA coaches are certified to teach you the KATA programs according to the requirements established by the TWI Institute in the US.
